Saigon Fusion: Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine in Boston

A small shop with the most beautiful, quiet and relaxing atmosphere in town. Amazing pho and drinks, lovely service and kind people. People who complain about wait time, if you’re in such a rush, go to McDonalds. Not every restaurant has to expedite and grow and join the corporate efficiency. Get a book, talk to your friends, and enjoy a slow cooked pho soup prepped with care.

Great for small hangouts! Love the homey feel, nice friendly staff, talked to my group and had a fun little chit chat about Indonesia. Pretty great food but portions require me more than two servings to actually feel something; small portions.

Saigon Fusion is fantastic! The food, service and atmosphere are honestly outstanding. The same people have been running the place since we started coming and they’re always super kind. Tonight we got two bowls of their regular size pho and two orders of their grilled pork spring rolls, one with peanut sauce and one with fish sauce. The pho is the best I’ve had in the Boston area. Sometimes I’ll add a rib and it’s always cooked really well, it’s definitely worth the wait. I’d also recommend their banh mi’s, they’re really crispy and buttery. The atmosphere here also stands out, it’s calm, dimly lit, and clean every time. They definitely put a lot of effort into the overall dining experience. Highly recommend!

Here I just got a regular pho. It was pretty good pho, not the best not the worst. The service was pretty normal. Waiter was nice and food was decently quick. The vibes were nice, super chill music. Would recommend this spot to anyone who likes Vietnamese food

Best relaxing atmosphere of any place I've been in Boston. Amazing Banh Mi and Pho. Very kind people running the place. Try going at non-peak meal hours.

Restaurant has a nice ambient atmosphere good for couples. The Banh Mi tasted really good and would recommend. The pork chop and rice was also very good. Gave 4 stars because the food portion was small. Even the take out container height was smaller than typical trays.

Best Pho in Boston by far!! The sweetest lady in the world runs this place. It’s worth any wait you have to endure, the food is just that good. It’s also the only pho place that actually fills me up. I’m full for hours after!

This is my absolute favorite place to get Pho. I’ve tried many other places in the boston area but always find myself coming back here. The food is 100% authentic and the best bowl of soup you will literally ever consume. Also, they seem to be short staffed but the sweet lady running the business works so hard to keep everything running promptly. I was considering not even writing a review because I don’t want people to find my favorite spot, but they deserve the review.
